How do you feel about us following up on service calls with emails like this? (10 of 10) I appreciate a chance to relay my feelings, good or bad. I appreciate great service and I feel that a company that goes to these lengths must want to deliver that so I will help out and fill out surveys. It is always so easy and quick to get the help we need. The tech ( Joe Kirk) was great!! Even answered some other questions we had regarding the equipment.
I just wanted to say that your tech Jason was a pleasure and deserves a compliment.

With Liz, Linda, and Brian its a pleasure to deal with a wonderful team. Everyone is extremely friendly and on top of getting our needs taken care of. Keep up with the EXCELLENT work! Technician explained the problem/resolution/provided training if needed 10 of 10 Brian always checks in and explains everything before he leaves our school. Very informative. Its nice to know when we have an issue with one of our printers/copiers that Ed and Ed will not only have a technician on site in a speedy manner but to also have the issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Great job! VERY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. REPAIRED THE MACHINE QUICKLY AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING HE DID TO THE COPIER.
